I'm Maggie Cavazos. This is my fourth year working at Enosburg Falls High School. I began as the English Language Learner teacher after earning my MATESOL from Saint Michaels College. After a year in that position, I was offered the position of coordinator for the newly redesigned and rebranded CBL program, now called the ELO or Extended Learning Opportunities Program. That program has grown and is thriving. My responsibilities have also increased, I now also teach both British Literature and English for Technical Careers. This year I'm excited to co-teach Adulting 101 as well with Gabrielle Lumbra. We are also piloting Flexible Pathways Academy, an exciting new endeavor in which students will work towards graduation in a variety of ways, using proficiencies to proves readiness for graduation. You can find more information on that here. Additionally, I am the Junior Class Faculty advisor, Scholars Bowl coach, and co-coordinator the Yearbook with Brenda Westcom. If you would like to reach me to discuss your student or any of the programs I work in, please email me at email@example.com.
