About Me

I am excited to be starting my 10th year as a School Counselor at EFHS, working with students whose last names begin with the letters A-I. I enjoy working with students and families, and building relationships with them as we explore who they are, where they are at and where they are headed. Prior to completing my Master's degree in Counseling at Johnson State College, I worked in Human Resources and as the Physician Recruiter for Northwestern Medical Center, and as Assistant Director of Admissions at St. Joseph's College of Maine. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Music from St. Michael's College in 2005. Aside from the three years I spent in Maine, I am a lifelong resident of Franklin County. I grew up on a small dairy farm in Franklin, where I am lucky to now reside with my husband and two young children, Baxter and Lyddie.
I am happy to meet with families as needed to support their student(s). Students and families are welcome to book a time to meet with me in person or virtually at https://bsturtevant.youcanbook.me/
