Spring Semester class
Are you interested in learning how to cook for yourself or your family? The Grill is your place to learn, practice and demonstrate what you can do. You are going to master:
  • safety and sanitation procedures
  • food preparation methods and techniques
  • production of  a variety of foods such as breakfast, lunch and dinner components and working up to meal planning and preparation.
You are going to do this through a variety of hands-on experiences, projects, and collaborative efforts.
You are going to present your awesome skills to others through student food production for events and a student driven marketing plan.
