Fall Semester class
Are you looking for a way to express your creativity through food. You are in the right place because in this class you will learn, practice and demonstrate:
  • safety and sanitation procedures
  • baking preparation methods and techniques
  • the production of a variety of baked goods such as breads, cookies, cakes, pastries, and pies.
  • decorating techniques to enhance your products.
You will use a variety of hands-on experiences, projects, and collaborative efforts to present your skills to other classmates, school and community through student driven marketing.
